When you have healthy food around you will make better choices. Make sure your pantry has tons of healthy food options like fruits, vegetables, and nuts. You must learn self control; stop buying the junk foods that you are addicted to. You may go through some junk food withdrawals but it is well worth it in the long run. If you eliminate junk food from your home and replace it with healthy food, you will cease making bad choices.


You cannot lose weight because your doctor says you should or your husband wants you to do it. You have to decide you are going to lose weight because you want to do it for yourself. However, if you get your friends and family in on the fun, you are far more likely to stick to your routine. Don’t be afraid to ask for a little reassurance. Do not let your temptations take over, call on a friend who will give you the motivation that you need to stay on the right track.
