You aren’t making good decisions about what to eat – you simply want to eat anything you can get your hands on, as fast as possible! Always keep some healthy food on your person and try to keep regular dining hours. Be sure to plan your meals and have your food prepared in advance so you will not be tempted to get fast food. Not only will this reduce your food costs, but it will also cut back on the calories you eat.


It is important to eat healthy and exercise daily. You will actually have more energy if you set aside time to exercise regularly every week. If it is difficult for you to schedule formal exercise routines into your daily life, try adding fun physical activities instead. Call up a few buddies and head out for a night of dancing or go for a fun walk.


If junk food is not handy, you will be far less likely to choose it. Remove the temptation by either putting it away and out of sight, or just not buying it in the first place. By keeping healthy foods around at all times, you will be much more encouraged to eat them.


The support of friends and family goes a long way towards helping you stick with the plan. Have your friends give you support and encouragement. Your friends can be big time supporters when the going gets tough. Turn to your friends for moral support when you want to open that bag of potato chips!
