Invite your friends out for a walk in the park as opposed to eating out with them. To stop eating unhealthy foods, make it harder to obtain. Ask yourself whether it makes more sense to try and keep it out of sight or to just not buy it in the first place. Surrounding yourself with healthier food will encourage you to eat more of it.
