Resist the temptation to purchase foods that will hinder your weight loss goals such as chips, chocolates and cookies. If it is very inconvenient to access these kinds of foods, you will be far less likely to eat them.


If you have decided to lose weight, then this is a decision you have made for yourself. If you have support from friends and family, it can be easier to meet your weight loss goals. You will sometimes feel like not doing anything, but you can get together with a friend for a small snack and talk about it. Don’t give in!
