If you want to cut back on unhealthy snacks, make them harder to obtain. Ask yourself whether it makes more sense to try and keep it out of sight or to just not buy it in the first place. You are more likely to eat healthy foods if you are surrounded by them.


Having the support of your family makes a big difference, Look to friends and family for support and encouragement. Your friends can be big time supporters when the going gets tough. Your buddies will be able to get you moving when you would much rather sit at home on the couch. You would do the same for your friends.
